Licensed Public Adjuster

A Public Adjuster is hired by the insured to act as their “front man or woman” in the preparation and presentation of a claim to your insurance company.  As your claim representative, your public adjuster should also address and guide you through the extensive requirements that are required when a loss occurs and will also help you in navigating the policy language and the responsibilities that are part of your policy.  Your public adjuster will prepare and produce a repair estimate, recommend the hiring of experts, oversee and execute on any requests that are made from your insurance company concerning the loss and essentially defend and forward your interests in the timely negotiation and settlement of your insurance loss.

A qualified public adjuster – which means a person that has verifiable experience in adjusting losses and not in just driving around in an expensive sports car that costs an arm and a leg– knows your policy as well as all of the “ins & outs” of the insurance process in order to maximize your insurance check for the damages sustained.
